Kenya Launches First Longevity Clinic in East Africa
Kenya is entering a new era of wellness innovation with the opening of The Limitless Clinic by Entim Sidai, the region’s first dedicated longevity and regenerative medicine center. This milestone positions Kenya to compete with South Africa, long seen as the continent’s leader in wellness tourism.
As Africa’s wellness tourism market surpasses USD 89 billion, Kenya steps into the spotlight with a clinic that blends science, nature, and advanced medical care. It is a major move toward preventive and longevity medicine in East Africa.
A New Era for Wellness Tourism
Wellness tourism has evolved into one of the fastest-growing sectors globally. In 2023, the global wellness economy was valued at USD 6.3 trillion, with wellness tourism alone worth nearly USD 830 billion.
Across Africa, the sector stood at USD 89.5 billion and is projected to rise to USD 114 billion by 2029. South Africa currently leads with a valuation of USD 4 billion in 2022, expected to more than double by 2030. But Kenya is quickly catching up.
Few East African countries offer clinics that combine longevity medicine, diagnostics, recovery therapies, and personalized health programs in one integrated space. The Limitless Clinic changes that narrative.

Why Kenya Is Ready
Kenya’s travel and tourism sector is projected to contribute KSh 1.2 trillion to the economy this year, accounting for over 7 percent of GDP. More hotels and lodges are adding wellness features such as spa treatments, yoga, and forest walks. Travelers are now seeking rejuvenation alongside adventure.
The Limitless Clinic by Entim Sidai builds on this shift, offering services such as biological age testing, sleep and stress optimization, nutritional diagnostics, and regenerative therapies.
Dr Elie Abirached, founder of Limitless Human and lead clinician at the new clinic, says Africa is reclaiming its place as a leader in wellness innovation. “Africa has always been the cradle of humanity. Now we are leading in longevity medicine,” he said.
Dr Jacqueline Manu, Medical Director at Entim Sidai, added that the rise in longevity care reflects a global shift in health priorities. “With chronic disease and mental health challenges increasing, the desire to live longer and better is one of the most important changes in healthcare,” she said. “At Entim Sidai, wellness is not a trend but a way of life.”
A Global Standard in the Heart of Nairobi
The Limitless Clinic officially opens from October 10 to 12, 2025, at the Entim Sidai Wellness Sanctuary in Karen, Nairobi. The launch includes private consultation sessions and a free public workshop on October 11 led by Dr Abirached.
The workshop will cover topics such as measuring biological age, improving sleep, managing stress, and building habits that extend healthspan.
The clinic is a collaboration between Dr Abirached, a longevity and regenerative medicine specialist trained in Europe and the Middle East, and Entim Sidai Wellness Sanctuary, Nairobi’s premier nature-based retreat.
He is known for his work with business leaders, athletes, and wellness enthusiasts focused on peak performance and healthy aging. Joining him are Dr Faith Nafula and Dr Jacqueline Manu, forming a multidisciplinary team with a shared mission, to extend not just lifespan but healthspan.
By combining medical innovation with Kenya’s natural beauty, the Limitless Clinic is set to redefine wellness in East Africa. It offers local and international clients a new destination for science-based longevity care in one of the most serene settings on the continent.
